GUITARIST & BANJOIST
Boston based musician Chris Hersch finds himself in many different musical settings...  A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music, he uses his Jazz Guitar skills in all his endeavors, including his Banjo playing.  You'll find Chris all across New England, performing on both banjo and guitar in an eclectic array of Bands ranging from country, rock and roll, to avant garde acoustic jazz, bluegrass, and indie rock.
He serves as Chair of the Guitar Department at Powers Music School, and faculty at the Community Music Center of Boston.  He also maintains his own private studio.
